How fast is delivery within Kampala and Upcountry?

We process all orders immediately. Our delivery options are:

Kampala City (CBD): Free Same-Day Delivery for orders placed before 3:00 PM.
Greater Kampala (Wakiso, Mukono, Entebbe): Fast delivery via trusted riders (UGX 10,000 – 20,000).
Upcountry (Jinja, Gulu, Mbarara, Arua, etc.): Secure courier delivery via your preferred bus service (UGX 15,000 – 30,000). You typically receive it the next morning.

What payment methods do you accept?

We prioritize your convenience and safety. We accept:

Mobile Money: MTN MoMo & Airtel Money.
Cash on Delivery: Available for deliveries within Kampala City.
Bank Transfer: For corporate and bulk orders.

Can I visit your shop to buy without pre-ordering?

Yes, please do! Our shop is open Monday to Saturday. You can walk in, test the device, verify the specs, and pay only when you are satisfied. We are located at City Plaza, Plot 40 Kampala Road (Opposite City House).

Do you accept trade-ins or swaps?

Yes, but with a condition to ensure quality: We only accept trade-ins for devices that were originally bought from Dondolo Shop.
